MedX Fitness Centers are designed to help licensees achieve compelling AUVs, strong operating margins and an attractive return on invested capital. Centers will be generally designed to be between 1,200 and 1,500 square feet in size, which contributes to a relatively low initial investment.

MedX Fitness Centers are minimalistic and futuristic in layout and design and typically only require basic renovations, allowing for on-time and on-budget facility openings.

MedX’s floor plan allows for efficiency in all aspects of your operation.

Dedicated assessment, nutrition and sales rooms for scheduled appointments to ensure uninterrupted workouts.

Exercise equipment is placed in a specific sequence and client’s workouts are scheduled ahead of time thus creating a constant flow of clients entering and exiting the fitness center. This allows for an unprecedented amount of client throughput for a boutique style facility.
