MedX’s nutrition protocols are based on a muscle centric approach that is fuelled by high protein eating habits. Nutritional intake is the biggest factor of changing body composition. As a MedX Licensee, you will be able to offer your clients access to the MedX App which contains a vast database of nutritional information and recipes. The nutrition function in the MedX app also allows clients to track and plan their caloric and macronutrient needs. Clients are given the tools, resources, guidance and support to have the highest chance at success within this system and stay motivated to continue their fitness journey.

Exercise

MedX Exercise Protocols are based on HIT first developed by exercise pioneer Arthur Jones, founder of both Nautilus and MedX. The MedX protocols include a warm-up/endurance air bike session followed by a full body strength workout. In less than 30 minutes your clients will complete a MedX HIE session. By completing our 30-minute HIE session once to twice a week your clients will see measurable results and achieve their fitness goals.

By implementing our single-circuit style of training that utilizes scheduled 30- minute workouts running in two-minute intervals, your MedX Fitness Center has an extremely high throughput capacity that efficiently utilizes a small footprint.

Recovery

Exercise and weight loss require rest and recovery. Ample recovery can aid in muscle repair, lower the chance of injury, boost performance, help with weight loss, and generally improve general health and wellbeing. MedX evidence-based frequency protocols determine that your clients should engage in one to two HIE sessions a week, depending on the individual, and their progress. MedX takes the guesswork out of your client’s recovery time, limiting delayed onset muscle soreness. MedX also tracks and monitors the most crucial parts of recovery: Sleep. Through partnered wearables, the MedX App is able to track and monitor the amount and quality of your clients’ sleep. Clients are given the MedX sleep protocols, which outline healthy sleeping habits for them to follow. MedX will also offer natural supplements that can aid in your clients’ sleep.

Assessment

Offer your clients the most in-depth assessment offered in the industry. Seeing how far you’ve come can gives a powerful boost to achieving your health and fitness goals. From the baseline assessment to your current status, MedX Fitness Assessments give clients the most in-depth assessment available in the industry today. The biometric analyses and information included, but are not limited to:
